My name is Trish Krajniak, and I am a Colorado-based attorney with deep experience in navigating the intersection of law and policy to help propel change and advancement. What sets me apart is a unique background that includes not only working for a high-growth technology startup but also for a government regulator. This dual perspective gives me an unparalleled ability to understand both environments, allowing me to build bridges and create true change.

My career has been dedicated to this work, from leading legal and policy teams to navigating complex regulations and government and commercial contracts. I’ve spent years helping organizations not just react to challenges, but proactively shape their future. My deep experience includes helping to create a new regulatory category for a youth rideshare service and a background in education law and policy, which has deepened my understanding of how to influence major institutional systems to improve access to basic needs.

My time at a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup taught me to be an exceptional problem-solver. I'm adept at helping organizations develop long and short-term strategies to overcome regulatory and policy barriers, allowing them to focus on what matters most: their mission.
